Accessibility

Our approach

We aim to make the website easy to understand and use with a keyboard, on smaller screens, and with reduced motion. WCAG 2.2 Level AA informs our design approach. The website has not undergone a complete independent accessibility audit, and this statement is not a claim of full conformance.

Features available

• Skip links, descriptive headings, and navigation landmarks.
• Visible keyboard focus and labeled controls.
• Responsive page layouts and text-based service descriptions.
• Native dialogs that support keyboard dismissal with Escape.
• A reduced-motion setting for typing, count-ups, scrolling effects, and automatic animation.
• Text labels alongside assessment ratings and visual examples, with 1–5 rating buttons you can reach with Tab and choose with Enter or Space.

Your device’s reduced-motion preference is respected automatically. You can also use “Reduce motion” in the footer or .

Known limitations

The sample capability canvases are illustrative. Their descriptions explain the overall view but do not announce every tile. The interactive Lite assessment provides text labels and editable ratings for its four capabilities.

The interactive assessment requires JavaScript. Core service and policy content remains readable without it. The website has been checked at desktop and mobile sizes with a keyboard and with reduced motion; broader assistive-technology testing is ongoing.

Downloadable PDFs summarize the content of their offering pages. Some are exported from slide decks and are not fully tagged for screen readers; ask us for the same content in another format.
