About this notice

This notice explains how Edrich Consulting Services LLC (“Edrich Consulting,” “we,” “us”) handles information through this website. It covers the website itself, not a consulting engagement, which is governed by its own written agreement.

The Lite Business Value Assessment runs in your browser. The separate five-question AI readiness check includes a contact form before its brief result is shown. The website does not create customer accounts.

Information you choose to share

• Lite Business Value Assessment answers. Your 1–5 capability scores build your four-capability heatmap and Actions to Maturity in your browser. They are not sent to us unless you choose to include them in an email.
• AI readiness check. When you submit its contact form, we receive your email address, five yes-or-no answers, calculated result, submission time, and your optional follow-up choice and terms acknowledgement. We use them to provide your downloadable PDF brief. If you opt in, we may email a copy of your results and a short introduction, and contact you by email about the result and arranging a conversation. We do not ask for or collect a phone number in this form. This form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize automated calls or text messages.
• Email. “Email us” opens your own email app with a message addressed to us. We receive only what you decide to send, and we use it to reply and to discuss how we can help.
• Website preferences. Your assessment-storage and motion choices can be saved in this browser.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive personal information before an engagement is agreed.

Storage and retention

Assessment answers are kept in session storage only when that preference is enabled. They remain available in the same tab during navigation and reloads. A tab session normally ends when you close it, although browser restoration can preserve it.

The AI readiness check does not intentionally persist unsubmitted answers or contact details in browser storage. Your browser may restore a page or offer saved contact details through its own autofill settings. Submitted leads are stored in our Cloudflare database for up to 90 days and then removed from the live lead store automatically. Our team can export them and follow up only when you have opted in; records of an ongoing conversation may be retained as needed for that conversation or an agreed engagement. Hosting recovery copies may persist temporarily after live records are removed.

Preferences are stored locally until changed or cleared. We keep emails and meeting details only as long as needed to respond, provide our services, and meet our legal obligations.

Hosting and other services

Cloudflare hosts the website and the submitted AI readiness leads. Access to lead records and exports is limited through our Cloudflare account; there is no public lead directory. Our hosting provider processes technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and request times, to deliver the website and keep it secure. When optional results-email delivery is enabled, Resend processes the recipient address, assessment result and PDF brief to send that requested message. Email delivery records are subject to the provider’s retention controls. We do not add open-tracking pixels or tracked links to these results emails. Our shared contact inbox is hosted in Google Workspace. When inquiry acknowledgement automation is enabled, Resend sends a short, offering-specific acknowledgement to the sender; it does not need the body or attachments of the incoming email. These acknowledgements do not subscribe the sender to a newsletter. Your email provider handles messages under its own policies.

Your choices

The website has no advertising pixels, and performance measurement runs only with your permission, and we do not sell or share your information with advertisers. to change tab storage, reduce motion, or clear assessment answers in this tab. You can also remove this site’s local data through your browser settings.

Turning off assessment storage removes the saved Lite Business Value Assessment copy while preserving the current page’s answers until you leave. Browser privacy controls do not delete an AI readiness form already submitted. To ask us to stop contacting you or remove a submitted lead, contact our privacy email below.
