Edrich Consulting

Terms of use

The scope of this website and its tools.

Updated October 28, 2026
01

Website purpose

This website, operated by Edrich Consulting Services LLC, presents our consulting services and interactive examples. You may browse the pages, use the tools, and print content for your own evaluation. These terms cover use of the website; they are not a consulting contract.

02

Consulting engagements

Visiting the site, completing an assessment, or emailing us does not establish a client relationship or commit either party to an engagement.

A consulting engagement requires a separate written agreement addressing scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, fees, and confidentiality. The descriptions here illustrate possible work; the agreed engagement determines what is included.

This website takes no payment and does not execute purchases, subscriptions, or service contracts.

03

Assessments and examples

The Lite Business Value Assessment is a discussion aid based on your own selections. It is not an audit, certification, compliance determination, or complete organizational assessment. Four capabilities do not replace a scoped review of the wider 22-capability set.

Example canvases, heatmaps, process journeys, and illustrated outcomes are illustrative examples. They are not verified client results, benchmarks, or guarantees of savings or improvement. The sample canvas uses the same 22-capability catalog across Service Management, Endpoints & Assets, and IT Operations. The Lite assessment lets you rate four of those capabilities.

The separate AI readiness check counts five self-reported yes-or-no answers, with 20 points for each Yes. Its score describes those five foundations only; it is not a percentage likelihood of successful implementation. Its downloadable PDF brief is available after submission of your email address and terms acknowledgement. Follow-up consent is optional and does not affect your score or access to the download. Even a high score does not establish that AI can operate safely or autonomously. Data access, security, approvals, human oversight, escalation and the use case need further review.

Use the information as a starting point for discussion, with appropriate review of your organization’s circumstances before taking action.

04

Responsible use

Please use the website lawfully and with respect for its content. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious material, extract information you are not authorized to access, or misrepresent an affiliation with Edrich Consulting.

05

Content and third parties

Content may be revised, and the website may be unavailable during maintenance. Information is provided for general purposes; it is not legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

Third-party links are provided for convenience. Their availability and content are controlled by their operators. Names, logos, and other third-party materials are addressed in our Legal notices.

06

No guarantee of outcomes

Improvement depends on context, implementation, adoption, and other factors. This website does not promise a specific business result. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@edrichconsulting.com.
